UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR SHIPMENT, please open any boxes and be sure to inspect your Radiant Panels thoroughly for any external or concealed damage. If the driver is unable to wait for inspection for suspected damage, MARK the Bill of Lading "Concealed damage noted to driver". Freight claims must be filed WITHIN 4 DAYS OF RECEIPT to be honored by the carrier. You MUST notify delivery company UPON RECEIPT OF DELIVERY of potential damage to protect your rights for a damage claim.

All returns require authorization by On Demand Heating, LLC.   Any and all manufacturers warranties will be honored which vary by company.  We will replace any product that is not working properly within the warranty period or items that may have been damaged during shipping.  Shipping damage claims are to be made with the carrier at time of delivery and On Demand Heating, LLC to be notified within 3 days of delivery.   Other returns are on a case by case basis and are subject to the discretion of On Demand Heating, LLC.  Upon receiving return authorization, it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return shipping and customer is responsible for any damages that may occur during return shipping.   Items must be in new condition, in original packaging and may also be subject to a 30% restocking fee at the discretion of On Demand Heating, LLC. Please note that thermostats, transformers, relays, and other related electrical components MAY NOT be returned after being installed except for warranty related issues.
