Return Policy

All returns require authorization by On Demand Heating.   Any and all manufacturers warranties will be honored which vary by company.  We will replace any product that is not working properly within the warranty period or items that may have been damaged during shipping.  Shipping damage claims are to be made with the carrier at time of delivery and On Demand Heating to be notified within 3 days of delivery.   Other returns are on a case by case basis and are subject to the discretion of On Demand Heating.  Upon receiving return authorization, it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return shipping and customer is responsible for any damages that may occur during return shipping.   Items must be in new condition, in original packaging and may also be subject to a 30% restocking fee at the discretion of On Demand Heating. Electrical components, thermostats, transformers and relays can not be returned after they have been connected or installed.
